Boxing
Boxing for fitness class is a fun sweat session done partnered with gloves and focus mits and kick shields. with a variety of punching and kicking combos with some body weight movements mixed in. This 60min session is run on the timer, filled with all different exercises to keep it interesting. A complete body workout!
Classes are 60min in duration.
When can I start?
You can start when you are 6 weeks post Natural Birth or 12 weeks post Caesarean with clearance to return to exercise at your GP appointment.
