HIIT & Stretch
It’s exactly how it sounds. This 60min session is filled with a 20-30min High Intensity Interval Training workout, designed to make you sweat. Followed by a 30min guided stretching and mobility session, to help you get that extra tension away from that body. This is guaranteed for you to leave with a smile on your face.
Classes are 60min in duration.
When can I start?
You can start when you are 6 weeks post Natural Birth or 12 weeks post Caesarean with clearance to return to exercise at your GP appointment.
